Morocco : OMNIUP, public Wi-Fi expert, partners with Korean startup H2O for airport digital guide

Korean startup H2O Hospitality and OMNIUP, a Moroccan company specializing in public Wi-Fi solutions and network monetization, have signed a strategic partnership to launch the “H2O SpotOn” digital travel guide at Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport. The $2 million service will deliver personalized travel information through the airport Wi-Fi. Expansion to other major African airports is under consideration. The agreement was signed on April 15 during Gitex Africa, held from April 14 to 16 in Marrakech.
