Algeria: launch of national AI and cybersecurity start-up cluster in Sidi Abdellah

The Algerian government launched in Algiers on April 18 the first national start-up cluster dedicated to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity at the Sidi Abdellah science and technology hub, according to Algerian authorities. The initiative aims to structure the innovation ecosystem, accelerate applied research, support start-ups, promote public-private partnerships, develop skills and strengthen the country’s technological sovereignty.
