After more than 30 years, Bank Of Africa has sold its 155,437 shares in CID (Consulting, Engineering and Development), representing nearly 40% of its capital. This marks the end of a partnership initiated in the 1980s to support the rise of a Moroccan player in civil engineering. The divestment aligns with the bank’s strategic focus on expanding its presence in sub-Saharan Africa.
