Uganda : nearly 4 million vaccinated against yellow fever in the East

On May 15, 2025, Uganda confirmed it had vaccinated 3.9 million people across 19 eastern districts to halt a yellow fever outbreak. Backed by Gavi, the campaign targeted 4.3 million people aged 9 months to 60 years.
