Benin Textile S.A, operating within the Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone, has launched its home textile brand Sùsù, marking a new step in Benin’s industrial transformation. According to official World Bank data on industrial zones and manufacturing development, GDIZ is part of a broader strategy to increase local value addition and strengthen the country’s industrial base. The launch reflects the shift toward finished goods production aimed at domestic and regional markets, supporting the expansion of West Africa’s textile manufacturing ecosystem.
