Morocco Yamed Capital and Société Générale launch Nema Capital, a joint management company

Societe Generale Maroc and Yamed Capital announced, on January 15, 2020, the creation of a joint venture called “Nema Capital”, a joint management company for collective investment undertakings in real estate (OPCI) already approved by the Authority Moroccan capital market. Through this new instrument, the two players intend to « thus contribute, each in their area of ​​expertise, to the creation of a leading offer on the new OPCI market which has just seen the light of day in the country », indicates an official press release, quoted by Financial Afrik.
