The European Investment Bank (EIB) is committing $75 million to Helios Investors V, managed by Helios Investment Partners, to drive digital infrastructure, fintech, and tech services in Africa. The initiative will strengthen data centers, fiber networks, cloud services, health tech, and payment solutions.
