Algeria has begun experimental operations at a massive dairy plant in Rouiba, with a capacity of 1.4 million liters per day. Inaugurated by Minister Youcef Chorfa, the plant was initiated by President Abdelmadjid Tebboune to enhance food security and subsidized milk supply. This project is part of a broader strategy, including a 270,000-cow farm in Adrar.
