The Cameroon Investment Promotion Agency (API) signed a major agreement with Oumarou Fadil’s DYA Group, bringing total secured investments to nearly FCFA 500 billion (USD 840 million) in less than four months. These funds support strategic agro-industrial and infrastructure projects, including a cereal processing plant in Garoua, promoting job creation and food security. API demonstrates its ability to attract both domestic and foreign capital toward the national goal of USD 2 billion in FDI.
