Standard Chartered Bank has just been named Kenya’s Best Bank 2020 by the recent Kenya Bankers Association 2020 Customer Service Survey. It was pointed out to us that this survey, carried out by the association, brought together more than 15,000 participants, including 455 people with disabilities, and covered all counties of Kenya. Also, this bank obtained the best overall ranking, in terms of responsiveness and digital experience in 2020, in the Tier 1 category (basic equity or the most stable and solid capital).
