Cape Verde : $22M deal with EU to support reforms

Cabo Verde and the European Union have signed in Praia a non-repayable budget support of about $22 million to advance structural reforms over three years. Endorsed by Vice-Prime Minister Olavo Correia and EU Ambassador Sylvie Millot, the program prioritizes energy transition, digitalization, social inclusion and economic development, underscoring EU confidence in Cabo Verde’s governance and transparency.
