Uganda: MoU with Chandler Institute to strengthen leadership and integrity

Uganda signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Singapore’s Chandler Institute of Governance to collaborate on leadership development, technical capacity building, system and toolkit design, integrity and organizational culture strengthening, and international knowledge exchange. No financial commitment or funding is involved.
