In 2022, Mali recorded gold production with a volume of 66.2 tonnes of gold, an increase of 4% compared to 2021. For the current year, production is expected to increase to 67, 7 tonnes, according to estimates from the statistics department of the Ministry of Mines. Public revenue generated by gold mining reached a record figure of 763.7 billion FCFA.
