Three of the four African subsidiaries of Castel’s milling business, on sale since April 2023, have been acquired by Avos Group, led by Ivorian Jean-Marie Ackah. Operating in Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Ghana, Avos has signed an agreement with the Société d’organisation et de management, marking a significant step in its regional expansion.
