Ghana, in collaboration with LMI Renewable Energy, has secured a $21 million loan from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to support its renewable energy project. This funding will be used to build a 150 MW solar photovoltaic power plant, as part of Ghana’s Renewable Energy Master Plan. The project will reduce carbon emissions and promote industrial growth by providing reliable, affordable energy to strategic areas like Tema and Dawa.
