Umoa Titles has a new director. This is Oulimata Ndiaye DIASSE. An expert in debt management and rates in the service of Public Securities Market Development, she worked for more than fifteen years in the most eminent firms in France, alongside numerous local public sector entities. She joined UMOA-Titres in 2017 as Operations Manager.
She was also responsible for launching the State Advisory and Assistance Department, with the mission of providing daily support to all member states in the WAMU zone.
