Sunna Design, a French leader in solar streetlights, has installed 30,000 streetlights in rural areas of Togo, contributing to the revitalization of the country. In a public-private partnership, the project aims to improve access to light under Togo’s National Development Plan. Every week, 500 streetlights leave the Bordeaux factory to reach Togo, with a local team handling the installation. This initiative enhances the lives of Togolese people, promotes nighttime security, and helps curb rural migration. Sunna Design aims to complete the installation of 50,000 streetlights by 2024.
