A first contract for the construction of an 11 km motorway at a cost of 70.2 million euros. Another for the realization of the “Boucle du Riz”, a 51 km road at a cost of 29.5 million euros. This is what the Moroccan construction company Houar Enterprise Company won in Senegal for a cumulative amount of nearly 100 million euros (about 108 million dollars). Houar Enterprise Company won both contracts against several candidates who participated in an international tender.
