North Africa : AFAC launches the 2nd cycle of the North Africa Cultural Program (PCAN)

The PCAN, focused on strengthening artistic and cultural entities, offers two funds: the National Cultural Opportunities Fund (FNOC) and the Regional Competitive Creativity Fund (FCRC).
