Safari’s subsidiary, Mafaco, will form a joint venture with the French Tesca Group, a leader in automotive solutions. This new Moroccan joint-stock company will focus on the production of textiles for vehicle interiors. The Competition Council approved the creation of this joint venture on May 23.
