Maghreb Leasing Algérie : successful 3rd bond issue, raising DA3 billion

Maghreb Leasing Algérie (MLA) has successfully completed its third bond issue, raising DA3 billion during a trading session in Algiers. Supervised by Crédit Populaire d’Algérie, the operation recorded a 100% subscription rate. The 5-year, 3-billion-dinar issue, with a coupon rate of 5.20%, is aimed at refinancing leasing activities to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. This operation was approved by the COSOB on September 26, 2023.
