Kenya : U.S. Development Agency launches program to improve urban mobility

An official from the U.S. Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) finalized a $60 million program with Kenyan officials to address pedestrian transportation needs. The Kenya Urban Mobility and Growth Threshold Program aims to enhance women’s safety in transportation and acquire climate-friendly buses. MCC aims to support Nairobi’s connectivity vision for long-term growth.
