Investment : Ibrahima Kane Launches DELAA Impact for Infrastructure Financing in West Africa

Ibrahima Kane, former CEO of Air Senegal, establishes DELAA Impact, a fund investing in infrastructure across West Africa. He joins A&A Strategy and Investment Advisory, based in Dakar. For Amarou Aw, managing partner, it’s a promising partnership. Kane brings his expertise and 25 years of experience, including at FONSIS. A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and ENPC Paris, he holds a leadership certificate from the London Business School.
