Ghana’s third Confucius Institute has opened its doors in Kumasi, the country’s second largest city, giving local students easier access to learning Chinese language and culture.
The institute, launched jointly by Ghana’s Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and the China University of Automotive Technology in Hubei, is the third of its kind after the two institutes located respectively at the University of Ghana and the University of Cape Coast.
