Inaugurated on November 22 by President Nana Akufo-Addo, the Tema-Mpakadan railway marks a key milestone for Ghana’s infrastructure. Spanning 100 km and financed by Exim Bank of India, it connects the Tema port to Lake Volta. This multimodal project aims to reduce transport costs, support the economy, and link Ghana to neighboring countries like Burkina Faso.
