This announcement was made by Brice Laccruche Alihanga, cabinet director of the Gabonese President, Ali Bongo Ondimba. This announcement was made on the occasion of the signing of an agreement for the final paying down of its internal debt on February 9 th(with whom). The national authorities are thus committed to pay the amount of $ 584 000, the equivalent of 77% of the total debt estimated at $754 milllion which is intended to boost the Gabonese economy, according to the chief of staff of the Head of State.
