European Plastics recently inaugurated its EuP Egypt plant in Sadat City, Menoufaya, specializing in the production of Filler Masterbatch. As the first venture of a Vietnamese company in Egypt, this plant represents a $30 million investment, spanning over 34,000 square meters. With 24 production lines, it will reach a capacity of 300,000 tons per year, creating over 300 local jobs. The products will be distributed in the Egyptian market and exported to the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and America. According to Hoang Quoc Huy, the president of European Plastics, this expansion is a key milestone in the company’s strategy, symbolizing successful cooperation between Vietnam and Egypt. European Plastics, a leader in Masterbatch production, already operates eight factories in Vietnam, exporting to over a hundred countries.
