Cooperation : South Korea to provide $6 billion in funding over two years for Africa

South Korea has committed to providing global funding of $6 billion over two years to Africa to support the implementation of several projects in the areas of energy transition, agriculture, education and professional training. Funding is expected to be provided to African countries through several channels, including the Eximbank of Korea, the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) and the Korea-Africa Economic Cooperation Trust Fund.
