Starting January 1, 2025, Algeria holds the rotating presidency of the UN Security Council. Committed to advocating for Arab and African causes, it prioritizes Palestine with a ministerial meeting. Two additional themes will be addressed: combating terrorism in Africa and enhancing UN-Arab League cooperation.
