The World Bank has announced a funding of $10.5 million, totaling over $6 billion CFA francs, allocated to the ECOWAS Commission. These funds are designated for the Digital Transformation for Africa (DTfA) Program and the Regional Digital Integration for West Africa (WARDIP). The aim is to enhance internet access in ECOWAS member countries, thereby contributing to their economic and social development.
