Decree No. 2023-565 of August 18, 2023, ratifying the accession of the Republic of Tunisia to the agreement establishing the Africa finance corporation (AFC) adopted in Abuja (Nigeria) on May 28, 2007, has been published at JORT.
AFC is a multilateral financial institution created in 2007 by African sovereign states to provide pragmatic solutions to Africa’s infrastructure deficit and operating environment challenges.
