As of February 20, 2026, remittances from Tunisians abroad and tourism revenues reached 2.13 billion Tunisian dinars, up from 2.01 billion TND a year earlier, according to official figures from the Banque centrale de Tunisie. Remittances totaled 1.26 billion TND (+6.9%), while tourism generated 865.7 million TND (+4.67%). These inflows strengthen foreign exchange reserves and support the country’s balance of payments.
