South Africa : economic growth reaches 1.6% between April and June

0.6%. This is the level reached by the growth of the South African economy in the second quarter of 2023, against 0.4% in the previous quarter. Between April 1 and June 30 of the current year, the country achieved economic growth of 1.6%. While the GDP growth recorded in the second quarter of 2023 exceeds the forecasts of the South African Central Bank, which had forecast a rate of 0.4%.
