On January 31, 2025, Nam Waya Rahouf Ouédraogo presented an ambitious project to the Burkinabe Minister of Digital Transition, Aminata Zerbo/Sabane. The initiative aims to create Teriatel, a mobile operator to strengthen telecommunications in Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger. This project, designed to enhance digital independence and connectivity in the region, requires institutional support to overcome security and infrastructure challenges.
