Rwanda : launch of the Scientific diplomacy center 

Rwanda has announced the launch of a Scientific Diplomacy Center in Kigali. This new center aims to coordinate initiatives among scientists, diplomats, policymakers, tech entrepreneurs, and multinational corporations to promote collaborative research and technological development in Africa.

With an investment of over 3 million euros, the Center will train more than 2,500 professionals in scientific and technological diplomacy. It aims to support the development of new science policy strategies for around twenty national and local governments in the region.
