Ivory Coast : IFC invests $3.4 million in an e-commerce platform

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a subsidiary of the World Bank focused on financing the private sector, will make an investment of $3.4 million in the African e-commerce platform ANKA, based in Ivory Coast. An envelope that will allow the startup to support its continental expansion and expand its operations and integrate around 100,000 additional artisans from across Africa by 2030.
