The African Institute of Islamic Finance (AIIF) has announced the 11th International Forum on Islamic Finance for West Africa set for 29–30 June 2026 in Geneva, marking the first time the event is held outside Africa after a decade of regional forums. The gathering aims to connect European investors with African Islamic finance stakeholders, promoting Sharia‑compliant financial solutions and expanding inclusive finance across borders, according to AIIF, which has organized the forum since 2010.
