The World branch of the European Investment Bank (IBEI) announced on January 10th a $30 million investment in the Seedstars Africa Ventures I venture capital fund. This initiative is supported by the secretariat of the Organization of African, Caribbean, and Pacific States (OACPS) through the Boost Africa program, with a budget of $10 million, and by the European Union through the ACP Trust Fund, contributing $20 million.
