Al Mada’s subsidiary, Teralys, is reinforcing its commitment to the food sector by announcing the acquisition of the Italian group NUTKAO, a European leader in cocoa processing and plant proteins. This transaction, which will follow the necessary approvals, is part of a strategy aimed at valuing African resources and developing local production. With production units in Italy, Belgium, and the United States, NUTKAO sells its products in 80 countries, thereby enhancing Teralys’s position in the market.
