Energy : Globeleq completes US$117 million investment in Menengai’s 35 MW geothermal project

Globeleq has finalized a US$117 million investment in the 35 MW Menengai geothermal project. Scheduled to be operational in 2025, the project will provide renewable energy to Kenya’s national grid, aligning with the country’s goals of energy diversification and reducing dependence on fossil fuels.
