Djibouti secured a $35 million sovereign facility from ITFC (IsDB Group) to expand bunkering services and reinforce its Red Sea logistics hub strategy.
Signed in Jeddah, the deal supports refined fuel supply through Red Sea Bunkering and aligns with a broader $600 million framework agreed in 2023 to boost trade capacity, port competitiveness, and revenue diversification.
