The government of Botswana and the civil servants’ unions have reached an agreement on the wage negotiations for the years 2019 to 2021. The salaries of the civil servants will be increased according to the promise of President Mokgweetsi Masisi.
The parties have agreed that Class A and B employees will be granted a pay increment of 10% for the 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 years
