Boeing is establishing its African headquarters in Ethiopia, chosen for its exemplary aviation safety and Ethiopian Airlines’ commitment. Henok Shawl, a former Ethiopian Airlines employee, will lead the establishment. Boeing anticipates 1,030 new aircraft needed in Africa over the next 20 years.
