Afreximbank : Dr George Elombi succeeds Benedict Oramah as President and Chairman

Cameroonian Dr George Elombi has been sworn in as Afreximbank’s fourth President and Chairman. With the Bank since 1996, he has helped shape its structure, strengthen its capital base, and lead crisis-response efforts across Africa and the Caribbean. He succeeds Prof. Benedict Oramah, who led the Bank since 2015.
