Graphite : US to lend $150 million to Mozambican mine

The Board of Directors of the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), the United States development bank, has approved a $150 million loan for the Balama graphite mine in Mozambique. This loan is part of the support provided by Washington to secure the American supply of minerals essential to the energy transition, minerals including graphite.
