Proparco (AFD Group) has invested in Helios Climate Fund, focused on Africa’s energy transition.
Managed by Helios Investment Partners, the vehicle closed a second round bringing total commitments to $250 million. It targets renewables, resilient infrastructure and green mobility, alongside investors such as EIB, BII, FMO, SIFEM and Swedfund, highlighting rising private capital for African climate solutions.
