Zimbabwe : Strive Masiyiwa and Nvidia to build Africa’s first AI factory

Cassava Technologies, owned by Zimbabwean billionaire Strive Masiyiwa, has partnered with Nvidia to establish Africa’s first AI factory. Estimated at $100 million, the project aims to provide cutting-edge infrastructure for AI development. Operations will begin in South Africa in 2025, with planned expansion across the continent.
