Dr Anxious Masuka, Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Water and Rural Reintegration, revealed that the restructuring of Agribank into a land bank is underway and should be completed by the end of March . The bank will then be able to provide investment support to A1, A2 and smallholder farmers not included in commercial bank programs.
