Zambia : Visa exemption extended to 53 new countries starting in 2025
Starting in January 2025, Zambia will extend its visa exemption to 53 new countries, including Liberia and Morocco, bringing the total to 167. This initiative aims to boost tourism and attract more foreign investments. Led by President Hakainde Hichilema, Zambia seeks to become a prime business destination. In 2023, over 1.5 million visitors were recorded, with a target of 3 million by 2026. A new immigration system is being developed to enhance security.
