The plenary session devoted to the debate on the proposal amending and supplementing the rules of procedure of the House of People’s Representatives (HPR) began on Wednesday January 05 at around 1 p.m., under the chairmanship of the first Vice-President of the House, Samira Chaouachi.
The proposed amendment covers several articles including those relating to parliamentary immunity, the switch from one parliamentary group to another known as « partisan tourism » as well as the restructuring of Parliament at committee level and the renewal of structures.
